He is survived by: his wife Teresa "Terry" Lievestro; his children, Eric Lievestro (Lacie), Erin Murphy (Joseph) and Jay Lievestro (Kelsey); his grandchildren, Vincent, Lylah and Rain; and his siblings, Richard Lievestro (Beki), Paul Lievestro (Sandi), Kim Eaton (Bill), Robin Richey (Jeff), Lori Salchli (Gene), Terry Lievestro (Patty), Tammy Anthony (Mark), Steve Lievestro (Sheila) and Amy Groth (Dave). He is also survived by many loving in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
