With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gertrude F. Omps of Mason, Ohio, born in West Alexander, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 14, 2023 at the age of 101. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Main and Myrtle Main; her husband Lloyd W. Omps; and her siblings, Nannie Newman, Ruth Conklin, Lee Main and Marvin Main.
She is survived by: her children, Lloyd Voyne Omps (Rose) and Joan Maxwell (Tom); her grandchildren, Cindy Urbanski (Don), Lisa Weber (Charlie), Tim Maxwell (Bernadette), Becky McKay (Sean) and Christy Speigel (Sean); her great grandchildren, Justin Kwiecien, Makayla Urbanski, Jacob Weber, Lauren Weber, John Thomas Maxwell, Nick Maxwell, Stephen McKay (Ashley), Samantha McKay, Skylar McKay, Shayla McKay, Caleb Speigel, Isaac Speigel, Aaron Speigel, Joel Speigel and Kyrell Mutts; and her close friend Dick Walthour. She is also survived by many loving family members and friends.
