He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Hoffman and Zula Hoffman; his wife Hazel Ruth Huffman; his children, Frank David Huffman and Donna McDonald; and his granddaughter Rachel McDonald.
He is survived by: his children, Gloria Cook (Jim), Peggy Payton (Gene) and Steve Huffman (Cathy); his grandchildren, Danielle, Stephanie, Allison, Jim, Christopher and David; and his great grandchildren, Savannah, Sophie, Makenzie, Ava, Matilda, Mason and Sarah.
