He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Oravec and Julia Oravec; and his brother Jim Oravec. He is survived by: his wife Diane; his children, David (Ginnny Friend), Karen Wheeler (Dave), Brian (Lisa Wilt) and Simon Saeheng (Ray); and his grandchildren, Juliette Wheeler, Mariah Wheeler, Madison Oravec, Emma Oravec, Jessica Saeheng and Justin Saeheng.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 10:45 AM to 12:00 PM at the Good Shepherd Catholic Church (8815 E Kemper Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45249). A Mass was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 12:15 PM to 1:15 PM at the Gate of Heaven Catholic Cemetery (11000 Montgomery Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45236).
