She was predeceased by: her parents, John D'Souza and Lucy D'Souza. She is survived by: her husband Earl Wayne Schowalter; her children, Benjamin Colaco (Erin), Caleb Schowalter (Kayla) and Rachel Schowalter; and her siblings, Terry D'Souza (Linda), Tina D'Souza (Alwyn), Colin D'Souza (Joy) and Freda D'Souza.

Memorial donations may be made in her name to the Alzheimer's Association.
