He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Mullins; his children, Adam Mullins (Heather), Michelle Carter (Grant) and Denny Mullins (Shelby); his stepson Derek Singleton; his grandchildren, Brennen Carter, Trevor Carter, Rowen Carter, Mary Mullins and Molly Mullins; his siblings, Chris Ollendick (Rick), Steve Mullins, Randy Mullins (Vicki) and Kevin Mullins (Elaine); and his parents-in-law, Bob and Diann Norton. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
