He was predeceased by: his parents, Sanh Phan and Quyen Thi Nguyen. He is survived by: his wife Angie Trandai; his daughters, Michelle and Christine; his sons-in-law, Linh and Addison; and his siblings, Quan V. Phan (France), Binh V. Phan (Belgium), Phong V. Phan (Belgium), Suong N. Phan (Netherlands) and Huong T. Phan (Vietnam).
