He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Johns and Russell Johns; and his sister Sharon Johns Schneurer. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Haupt Johns; his children, Katherine Qua (Patrick), Gregory Johns and Steven Johns; and his grandchildren, Caitlin Qua (Maggi), Megan Kaercher (Christopher), Brian Qua (Megan) and Brody Johns. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
