He was predeceased by: his father Tom Weaver. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Ann Shell; his children, Michael Weaver (Leslee), Jason Weaver (Lori) and Krista Brouillard (James); his siblings, Melvin Weaver and Cornelia Everett (Walter); and his grandchildren, Samantha Martin (Charles), Blake Weaver, Danielle Weaver, Bailey Weaver, Abby Brouillard, Luke Brouillard, Caleb Weaver and Madison Niehaus (Chris).
