We are sad to announce that on February 9, 2022, at the age of 74, Billie Heap (Mason, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Forrest and Nancy Lee Price; and her sister Barbara Finnell. She is survived by: her husband Richard Heap; her children, Jason Forrest Heap of Miami, FL, Joshua Ryan (Christa Heap), Jacob Luke (Heather Heap) and Kristen Joy Heap of Mason, OH.; her grandchildren, Benjamin Davis, Carlie Heap, Elizabeth Davis, Clay Heap, Kendall Heap, Casey Heap, Lillian Davis, Lukas Heap, Charlotte Heap, Cade Heap, Leah Heap and Abigail Heap; and her sister Bettie Parrett of McKee, KY..
