It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Beverly Applegate (Mason, Ohio), who passed away on June 22, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Austin Hauck and Marie Hauck; her husband Mark Applegate; her children, Troy Applegate (Cheryl), Lynne Lear (Steve), Stephanie Applegate and Brent Applegate; her grandson Cory Webb (Lashea); her great grandchild Emmett Webb; and her sister Eloise Smith (David). She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and friends.

Memorial donations may be made in Beverly's name to Honor Flight Tri State, Mission 22 or the West Chester Nazarene Church towards God's Threads.
