He was predeceased by: his parents, Arvel Hall and Mary Hall (Woods); and his siblings, Elizabeth D. Combs and Alvin G. E. Hall. He is survived by: his wife Karen James-Hall; his children, Anthony Hall (Wendi), Brian Hall and Erin LeMaster (Kyle); his grandchildren, Connor, Tyler, Dylan, Madeline, Kylie, Karter, Jordyn, Karleigh, Taylor and Larkin; his great grandchild Oscar; his mother-in-law Betty Riesenberg; and his siblings, Arvel J. E. Hall (Charlene), Alfred N. E. Hall (Patricia), Arturo V. E. Hall (Dawn) and Arnold T. E. Hall. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
