He was predeceased by: his father Frederick Wiegand; and his mother-in-law Jean Ruggles. He is survived by: his mother Susie Wiegand (Ungerer); his wife Jessica Wiegand; his sons, Vance Wiegand and Grant Wiegand; his father-in-law Charles Ruggles (Caline); and his sister Kara Russell (Tim). He is also survived by numerous cousins who are like siblings.
