He was predeceased by: his father Wilbert Wornstaff; his children, Kristie Risner and Aaron L. Wornstaff; and his sister Patricia Ebright. He is survived by: his wife Flora Hildreth Wornstaff; his daughter Kandie Burke (Damion); his stepson Jeremy Jones; his grandchildren, Nathaniel, Emerald, Kassidy, Devon, Jadon, Katasha, Kalissa, Mason, Christian, Skyler and Alexis; his sisters, Sondra Lightner and Pamela Burris; his brothers-in-law, Charles Hildreth and Lee Allen Hildreth; and his nephew Johnny Lee. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
