He was predeceased by: his father Sid Spurlock; and his brother James Spurlock. He is survived by: his children, Terri Lynn Spurlock of Springfield and Sidney Spurlock of Columbus; his siblings, Beverly Brown (Gordon) of Richwood, Donnie Tanner of Bucyrus, Becky Penix of Richwood and Pam Mathys (Dennis) of Raymond; his grandchildren, Natalie, Madalynn, Ziggmen, Zoey and AJ; his great grandchild Katniss; and his nephew Jayden. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
