He is survived by: his children, Christopher Sparks of Florida, Shawn Sparks (Kate) of Johnstown and Amanda Carter of Columbus; his close friend Andy Goff of Marysville; the mother of his children Donna Sparks (Hensley) of Columbus; his grandchildren, London, Zoe and James; his sisters, Rita Hinkle (Donald) of Johnstown, Diane Arms of Ashley and Angel Redinbaugh of Ashley; his stepmother Neva Mae Sparks; and his stepsiblings, Ford Allen Sparks (Laurie), James Russell Sparks (Cathy), Gwen McKenzie (Tom) and Jo Ann Thompson. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
