He is survived by: his wife Linda Smith Terpstra; his son Scott; his daughter-in-law Kristie Cardone; his children, Julie Cardone and Armando Cardone; his sister Eunice Stockwell; and his niece Carolyn Derenberger. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
