He was predeceased by: his siblings, Michael Nelson, Joseph Nelson and Beverly Ray; and his grandson Ryan McKinley Nelson. He is survived by: his children, Heather Patrick (Tim), Heath Nelson (Heidi) and Heidi Thomas (Scott); his grandchildren, Amber Crosbie (Katie), Adam Crosbie, Ethan Crosbie, Samantha Eblin (Derick), Justin Nelson (Kersyn) and Brandon Thomas; his great grandchildren, Gunner, Tanner and Nolan; his siblings, James "Jim" (Candy), William "Bill" Nelson (Marilou) and Patricia Russell (James); his siblings-in-law, Stan Ray and Becky Nelson; and his pets, Daisy and Mow Mow. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and his special friends.
