He was predeceased by: his parents, Ashton Junior and Bernette Slack (Mader); and his parents-in-law, Rudy and Martha Skriletz. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Slack (Skriletz); his sons, Adam Slack (Amber) of Marysville and Kyle Slack (Angela) of Marysville; his grandchildren, Sierra, Cheyenne, Caleb, Ashton, Madden, Kage, Kyson, Benson, Miella, Jase, Alanna and Poppy; his great grandchild Josephine; and his sister-in-law Pat Skriletz.
In Lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests a memorial contribution be made to the Union County Humane Society, the Hope Center or Wings Recovery Center, in care of the funeral home.
