It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tad A. Sullivan Dvm (Marysville, Ohio), born in Columbus, Ohio, who passed away on July 29, 2019, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Sullivan and Ruth Ruescher Sullivan. He is survived by: his pet Fynnagin; his wife Susan Lamb Sullivan; his children, Chris Sullivan (Shellie) of Castle Rock, Colorado and Erin Ashley Sullivan of Lewis Center; his grandsons, Zach, Connor, Ryan and Aaron; his sister Kathlene Sullivan of Los Angeles; his sister-in-law Linda Henderson (Roy) of Delaware, Ohio; his nephew Gregg Henderson (Kathi); and his niece Kelly Rider (Ron). He is also survived by many other friends, relatives.
