She was predeceased by: her sister Deanna Lawson. She is survived by: her parents, Melvin A. Foreman of Marysville and Geneva Burgess Vaughn; her brothers, Marvin Foreman (Lisa) of West Mansfield, Tom Foreman (Sharolyn) of Marysville, Billy Brooks (Mandi) of Clintonville, Timmy Vaughn (Jami) of Terre Haute, Debbie Mathys (Darnell) and Ray Combs (Tracy); and her friends, Kelly Moore and Paulina Foley. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, other relatives.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family to help with expenses.
