In loving memory of Shirley Rose Applegate of Marysville, Ohio, who departed this world on January 29, 2025 at the age of 86. Shirley Rose leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Halley Ackley and Blanche Ackley (LeVan); her spouse Lee Applegate; her son Steve Applegate; and her brothers, Merle, Robert and Albert Ackley.
She is survived by: her daughter Sherrie Fahey (Kelly) of Barneveld, WI; her grandchildren, Matthew Fahey of Barneveld, WI and Nicole Fahey of Barneveld, WI; her brother Dave Ackley (Phyllis) of West Liberty; her sister-in-law Barbara Ballman (Dave); and also Ercell Baldwin. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Wilson Funeral Home, Mannasmith Chapel (621 W 5th St, Marysville, OH 43040). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Bluebird of Marysville.
