She is survived by: her husband Paul Meyer; her sons, Nate Meyer (Leigh-Anne), Nick Meyer (Leta) and Josh Meyer (Emma Saint-Genies); her grandchildren, Tristan, Zach, Evan, Grady, Adrienne, Griffin and Tessa; and her sister Connie (Craig Metz).
Sharon and her family shared the fondness for wind chimes and their soothing melodies; the family would prefer that Sharon to be showered in wind chimes in lieu of flowers.
