She was predeceased by: her parents, George Levingston Sr. and Thelma Levingston (Tobias); her husband Ricky Teets; and her siblings, Nina Abshear, Nancy Gregg, George Levingston Jr. and Paul Levingston.

She is survived by: her daughters, Dianna "Dee" Donohue (Mike) of Marysville, Melinda De Young (Barry) of Coralville and Melissa Bowshier (Kevin Green) of Marion; her grandchildren, Derrick, Tara, Nicole and Lauren; and her great grandchildren, Casey and Amelia. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
