He was predeceased by: his father Norman Lee; and his brother Michael "Mick" Phipps. He is survived by: his wife Debra Phipps of Marysville; his children, Brad Phipps (Sarah) of Raymond, Tami Roller (Shaun) of Delaware and Melanie Krutzman (Earl Black) of Mechanicsburg; his grandchildren, Millie, Samuel Phipps, Hailey, Audrey, Natalie Roller, Rhoni Martin and Alyssa Coder; his great grandchildren, Scarlet Martin, Cameron Erdy and Liam Coder; his sisters, Sharon Vermillion of North Lewisburg, Kathi Miller of Marysville and Sandra Green of Glouster; and his sisters-in-law, Cathy Wyatt and Joyce Kreis (Larry). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
