He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Richter and Rose Marie Richter (Mock); his daughter Roberta Price; and his stepdaughter Jacque Moretti. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Richter (Moran); his daughter Randi Crook (Karl); his stepchildren, Mark Pipes, Julie Brittingham (David) and Gayle Marie Amjuli; and also Raymond Richter (Florence). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
