He is survived by: his daughter Lauren Pitcher (Jim) of Morgantown; his parents, Meredith E. Lowe Fowler of Marysville and Philip H. Kaufman of Florida; and his siblings, Rebecca Currier (Sam) of Missouri and Kenneth Kaufman (Emily) of Cedarville, Ohio. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
