He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence A. Kuta and Genevieve Pawlik Kuta; and his brother Richard Kuta. He is survived by: his wife Carroll D. Kellar Kuta; his sons, Brian Kuta (Koleen) of Colfax, IL and David Kuta (Meg) of Westerville; his stepdaughter Bonnetta Nicasio (Hector) of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; his grandchildren, Daniel Kuta (Heather), Elizabeth "Liz" Kuta and Rachel Kuta; his stepgrandson Antonio Nicasio; his great grandchild Bradley Robert Kuta; his sisters, Gloria Jean Rodgers of Tennessee, Cindy Stockton of South Bend, IN and Lori Culp of Herndon, VA; and his former wife Nancy Kuta. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Marysville YMCA in care of Ingram Funeral Home, who is completing arrangements.
