He was predeceased by: his brothers, Gilbert and Robert Laird. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Laird of Marysville; his sons, Charles Laird (Leslie) of Mandeville, LA and James Laird of Woodville, OH; his grandchildren, Erica Meighan (Tim), Megan Nace (Brandon), Allison Laird, Whitney Murphy (Cameron) and Daniel Laird (Emily); his great grandchildren, Colton, Paul "PJ" Meighan, Hailey, Molly, Kaitlyn, Carter Nace, Reagan, Sadie, Miles Murphy, Brooks and Melanie Laird; and his sisters-in-law, Vivian Corkwell, Katheryn Thompson, Nella Rabon and Ann Laird. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Ingram & Snyder Funeral Home (975 N Maple St, Marysville, OH 43040). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 10:00 AM.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Marysville FFA or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and they may be sent to the funeral home.
