He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Maynard and Alice Maynard (Blankenship). He is survived by: his wife Lorrie Maynard (Perdue); his children, Megan Lauber (Jeff) of Celina, Ashley Loveless (Philip) of Celina, Adam Maynard (Anastasia) of Marysville, Brandon Maynard of Celina and Logan Maynard of Celina; his sisters, Teresa Shinn (Chris Winget) of Celina, Sherri Gulick (Michael) of Merritt Island and Robin Maynard; and his siblings-in-law, Debbie Perdue of Celina and Larry Perdue (Joe) of Celina. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren.
