He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond King and Louise King; his grandson Tucker Simpson; and his brothers, Gerald Howard and Ernie Howard.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy L. Gilliam King; his children, John King of Marysville, Jill Combs (Scott) of Marysville and Michelle King of Mount Vernon; his grandchildren, Megan Baker, Summer Combs and Dalton Combs; and his siblings, Maurice King and Cathy King. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
