Patricia Degroot Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 1, 2021, Patricia Degroot of Marysville, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas J. Crosby and Lucille E. Rex Crosby; and her brother-in-law Dr. Donald Hoople. She is survived by: her husband Robert C. DeGroot; her sister Dr. Sally Hoople of Brunswick, Maine; her sister-in-law Ophelia "Fifi" DeGroot of Asheville; her nieces and nephews, Cathy Hefner, Nancy Hoople, Ann Connors (Joe), Gretchen DeGroot Green (Gunny), David Hoople (Wanda) and Doug Hoople (Gwen); and her friends, Tim and Sharon Widner Emrick.

Memorial contributions may be made in Pat's memory to First Presbyterian Church of Marysville or the Union County Humane Society.
