He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Johnson and Sarah Perrin (Nelson); and his brother Roy Johnson Jr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Margaret Lou "Maggie" Midkiff (Jerry) of Chillicothe, Janet Johnson of Maryville, Diane Dean (Larry) of Marysville, LaMoyne Simpson of Florida, Steve Simpson (Carla) of Marysville and Brenda Foraker (Ron) of Marysville. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
