She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Huffman and Edith Forsythe Huffman; and her husband John R. Fox, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, John R. Fox, Jr. of Gahanna and Teresa "Sue" Fox Combs (Chris) of Raymond; her grandchildren, Maribeth Knueve (Derek), Courtney Siefert (Patrick) and Regan Fox; her great grandchildren, Leona, Christopher, Gabriel, William and Charlotte; and her grandchildren, David and Janet McConnell. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
