He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Spain, Sr. and Ida "Delores" Jones (Hicks). He is survived by: his daughters, Kellie Mercer of Marysville and Angela Crumb (Kenny) of Richwood; his grandchildren, Avery Cox (Allison), Ryan Cox (Molly), Isaiah Cox (Courtney), Samantha Cox, Anna Heil, Patience Cook, Tateum Francis and Rylan Francis; his great grandchildren, McKenzie Cox, Ayva Cox and Jett Cox; and his brother Terry Spain of Grove City. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
