She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Tripp and Ruth Reeves Tripp. She is survived by: her husband David H. Grooms; her children, Michelle Wasserbeck (Ed) of Prospect, Duane Grooms (Michelle) of Powell and Cody Grooms (Lauren) of Oldsmar, Florida; her grandchildren, Colton, Sarah, Kolby Wasserbeck, Chloe, Gavin and Harlyn Grooms; her stepgrandson Carson Wasserbeck (Lori); her sister Frances Grimm; and her siblings-in-law, Diane Kinney and Michael Grooms. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the First United Methodist quilting group.
