She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Eugene and Nettie Lamb (McPherson); her husband Franklin D. Blackburn; and her brother Thomas Eugene Lamb. She is survived by: her children, Doug Blackburn (Jeni) of Richwood, Cindy Blackburn of Marysville and Michelle Sessler (Adam Haycox) of Richwood; her grandchildren, Sarah Redman (Chad), Reuben Blackburn (Amanda), Katelyn Lawrence (Abe), Alyssa Thiele (Drew), Ethan Sessler (Ashley), Tristen Sessler (Ashley) and Jacquelynne Haycox; her parents-in-law, Faye, Paul McFarland, John Blackburn and Justine Blackburn; and her close friends, Pat, James Martin of Wilmington and Many of North Carolina.
