He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Ann Ream Mathewson; his daughter Krista Mathewson Colgan (Mervin); his grandsons, Jayden and Silas Mitchell; his parents, Kent Mathewson and Mary Moe Mathewson of Bluffton; his brother Robert "Bob" Mathewson (Cheri); his parents-in-law, Mary Ream of Ada, Tina Rettig (Michael), Bruce Ream (Cindy) and Penni Johnson (Mike); his aunts, Judy Rodabaugh and Karen Epley; and his nieces and nephews, Tanner Mathewson (Danielle Redman), Mary Faulds, Kirsten Rettig, Caleb Rettig (Katie), Hannah Bowyer (Jake), Jessica Ream (Matt Wolfe), Zachary Ream, Brett Leonard (Austin), Mycala Drew (Tobe), Taylor Johnson, Nolan Johnson and Liam Johnson. He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
