She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest Lockwood and Mary Lockwood (Sarver); her former husband Paul Mummey; and her siblings, Ola Sutherly, Jacob, Blaine and John Lockwood.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Mummey of Marysville, James Mummey (Carolyn Mosier) of Bedford, IN and Mary Thoma (John) of Marysville; her grandchildren, Liberty Thoma, Chris Thoma (Nicole) and John Paul Thoma; and her great grandchild Allie Thoma. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
