She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin F. Milton and Neva Milton (Dewberry); her husband Charles W. Wibley; her son John Wibley; her sons-in-law, Mike Drumm, Richard "Dickie" Bolenbaugh and Vaughn Organ; her siblings, Nearie Waugh, Loretta Randall, Miles "Pete" Milton, Frank Milton and Sam Milton; and her siblings-in-law, Mary McConnahea, Joyce Wibley, Velda Wibley, Bayliss Waugh, Paul Wibley, Richard "Dick" Wibley and Robert McConnahea.
She is survived by: her children, Rosetta Drumm of Marysville, Patty Bolenbaugh of Urbana, Betty Organ of Marysville and Bill Wibley (Rose) of West Mansfield; and her brother-in-law Kenneth "Butch" Wibley of Lakeview. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren; 7 great-great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family and friends.
