She was predeceased by: her parents, Coy Farley and Ethel Tilley (Maxwell Ward); her daughter Melody Ward; her daughter-in-law Elane Ward; and her siblings, Monroe Farley, Tracy Farley, Mae Daniels (Woody) and Polly Burchett (Tiny).
She is survived by: her children, David Ward and Angela Shockey (Tom); her siblings, Otto Farley (Rhonda) and Judy Spurgeon (Jim); and her sisters-in-law, Ruth Farley and Helen Farley. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
