With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lin A. Herd of Marysville, Ohio, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on July 15, 2022 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Arnold, Sr. and Laura Harris (Thompson) of Virginia; her husband Richard G. Herd; and her brother Ernie Harris, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Lori Hunziker (Brian) of Columbus and James Herd of Marysville; and her grandchildren, Brian Showalter (Sarah), Katie, Hannah Showwalter and Abigail Medeiros.

“Lin was such a special person to us here at Memorial Hospital. I looked forward to seeing her every time she came in. She always kept us on our toes and kept us laughing. I will never forget the time I told her I liked her hair and she told me I could get the same thing at Walmart. She will be missed by many. My deepest condolences to the family. -Maddy”
