He was predeceased by: his father Ervin Risner; his sister Wanda Kleinman; and his sister-in-law Kay Risner. He is survived by: his children, Vicki Risner of Marysville, Annie Feasel (Dave) of Marysville, Debbie Thompson of Richwood, David Risner (Kelly) of Richwood, Susan Winiger (Dan) of East Liberty, Steve Risner of Marysville and Kim Risner of Marysville; his siblings, Ray Risner of Raymond, Paul Risner (Sharon) of Marysville and Phyllis Hoffman (Don) of Marysville; his brother-in-law John Kleinman of Marysville; and his close friend Patty Sulser. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

In LeRoy's memory, contributions may be made to the Union County Farm Bureau, or ViaQuest Hospice in care of the funeral home.
