She is survived by: her mother Diana Cohagen of Marysville; her brother Aaron Cohagen of Columbus; her grandmother Norma Johnson of Florida; her uncle Steve Johnson (Jan) of Florida; and her cousin Chelsea Cohagen of Columbus.
