He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry O'Brien and JoAnn O'Brien (Woerlein); his wife Hazel O'Brien (Shuman); and his sister Peggy Weitzenecker. He is survived by: his children, Jonathan O'Brien of Marysville and Terri Keckler (Roy) of Bucyrus; his grandchildren, Kyle Chestnut (Cheynne) and Kaitlynn McAdams (Nathan); his great grandchildren, Hazel, Ezekiel and Kenni; and his siblings, Mark O'Brien (Teresa) of Zanesfield, Nola Barton of Louisiana, Loree Scott of Marysville, Jolene Paver (Steve) of Georgia and Andy Scott of Marysville. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other extended family and friends.
