She was predeceased by: her parents, James W. Smith and Marie Smith (Roseberry); and her brother-in-law Lester Hannah. She is survived by: her sister Kathy; her husband Dennis; her children, Joseph M. "Joe" Altizer (Lindsay) of Marysville and Elizabeth M. "Liz" Chaffin (Kenny) of Marysville; her grandchildren, Andrew "Drew", Camille Chaffin, Addison and Quinn Altizer; her siblings, Phylis Hannah, Darrell Smith and Dwayne Smith (Vicki); and her pet Misty. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, good friends.
