She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherman Kerns and Biance Breece Kerns; her husband Ted N. Hoover; her sons, John Hoover and Jim Hoover; and her siblings, Julia Kerns, Margaret Brooks, Mary Binkley, LeRoy, Ralph and Lewis Kerns.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl Cook (Andy) of Marysville and Shirley Payne (Bob) of Bellefontaine; her daughters-in-law, Stephanie Neil of Raymond and Susan Hoover of Marysville; her grandchildren, Chad Payne (Tik), Jeremy Payne (Angel), Angela Guy (Shad), Nikki James (Shane), Johnnie Holbrook (Robert), Jennifer Brown, Alistair Neil (Sarah), Jerred Neil (Sierra) and Travis Hoover; her great grandchildren, Maddi Payne, Brooke Snyder, Nahla Payne, Derrick, Drew Guy, Alexis, Bryce, Mason James, Makayla, Ethan Brown, Ryder, Jase, Norah Holbrook and Tyler Payne; and her brother Sherman Kerns (Linda) of Cable. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to Loving Care Hospice or the Liberty Township Fire Department.
