She was predeceased by: her parents, Tracy Tackett and Pricey Tackett (Johnson); her daughter Stephanie Schwartz; and her siblings, Wanda Smith and Randall Tackett.
She is survived by: her son Phil Johnson; her son-in-law Raymond Schwartz; her grandchildren, Katharyn Whitney (Michael Cordiano), Nathan Whitney (Jessica) and Sam Schwartz; her great grandchildren, Savannah, Daniel "Danny", Mason, Skylar, Amber and Noah; and her sister Carol Nelson (Richard). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
