He is survived by: his mother Donna Smith; his children, Trevor, Destiny, Kaleb Smith, Larissa Messer, Crystal Carter and Rachel Frantz; his sisters, Michele Diamond (Arlie) and Brandy Wine (Kevin); and his grandmother Shirley Hackley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to Vernon Funeral Home, 257 W. Main Street, Mechanicsburg, Ohio 43044 to help offset funeral expenses.
