With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John R. Hornsby of Marysville, Ohio, born in Gallipolis, Ohio, who passed away on January 16, 2022 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hornsby and Grace Hornsby (Chapman). He is survived by: his wife Kathy Hornsby (Boerger); his daughter Kelly Hornsby of Woodstock; and his sisters, Linda Neff (Roger) of Piqua and Carol Frankhouser (Brett) of Marysville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends.
